Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Internal Salesperson to drive revenue by managing, retaining, and growing existing B2B client portfolios remotely via phone, email, and video conferencing. They will also provide essential support to external sales teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account Management & Growth:Nurture existing client relationships, tracking account performance to boost revenue.
  • Sales Processing:Manage the full sales cycle from enquiries to quoting, ordering, and invoicing using CRM tools.
  • Customer Support:Provide prompt feedback on pricing, orders, and technical queries, with support from the technical team.
  • Strategy & Planning:Develop account plans and research client needs to identify new business opportunities. 
  • External Sales Support:Assist External Sales Team with regards to quoting, email communication etc.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client Relations: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (specifically Excel).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience: At least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Audio, Lighting & Video products an advantage
  • Qualifications: Matric Certificate
